Since 2018, our San Diego-based team has helped Southern California pet owners coordinate cross-border veterinary care with trusted support, appointment coordination, and safe, reliable transportation.
What to expect upon booking with us:
Upon booking with us, you will be directed to complete the following requirements:
1. Submission of a $50 appointment deposit.
2. Completion of our service contract.
3. Completion of our patient intake form, where we will collect information about your pet and their specific needs.
After the successful submission of the deposit and necessary paperwork, a member of our administrative team will promptly contact you. They will assist you in selecting a suitable date for your pet's dental cleaning, with our scheduling typically accommodating bookings within the same week as the receipt of the required documentation.
What to expect in preparation for your pet’s Appointment:
The day before your appointment:
- A member of our administrative team will contact you with your pet’s precise pick up time for the following day.
The day of your appointment:
- In the morning, your designated driver will arrive at your specified location, typically between 4AM-7AM. You’ll have the chance to chat with the driver and introduce them to your pet, fostering familiarity between your pet and the driver.
- Your pet will then be safely transported to the clinic in Tijuana. During your pet's consultation, your driver will contact you, allowing direct communication with the veterinary staff to discuss your pet's unique requirements for the day.
- After the consultation, the veterinary team will begin the approved services.
- Later in the day, our afternoon driver will arrive to pick up your pet. At this time, you will receive another call, facilitating a conversation between yourself and the veterinarian about the details of the appointment, any prescribed medications, and aftercare instructions.
- Following the check-out process, your pet will begin their return journey to the United States. The duration of border crossing can fluctuate, but on average, we aim to have your pets safely back home between 9PM-12AM, with the exact timing dependent on your location.
