Payment Methods and Instructions

The easiest and most common way to pay for services is to have us charge your card through the client portal (aka, Time To Pet).
(You'll see our name as "TTP MexiVet" on your bank or card statement unless it still shows our old name "Time to Pet") -
To sign up for Zelle, you need to:
Check if your bank or credit union offers Zelle by visiting https://www.zellepay.com/get-started or looking for Zelle in your mobile banking app or online banking site.
Enroll your Zelle profile by selecting the Zelle icon in your app or site and following the instructions to add or choose your mobile number and/or email address.
* Make sure to enroll with a bank account, not a credit or debit card.
Check your Zelle limit with your bank and then move onto the next step called Making Payments with Zelle.
USAA Banking Clients
If you bank with USAA, please be aware that Zelle payments of $1 may be flagged as fraud, potentially leading to your account being frozen.
To prevent any interruptions:
Before sending a Zelle payment, we recommend checking with USAA to ensure your account is prepared for the transaction.
If you plan to pay using Zelle through USAA, contact your bank in advance to receive proper instructions on how to proceed.
Please verify the payment process with USAA before attempting the $1 test payment to avoid any issues.
Call or text billing at 619-797-6447 and let us know the details of your test payment.

If you are a USAA Banking Client, please refer to the Zelle Setup Step before continuing.
All other banking clients, please start by sending a $1 test payment to Anna L Ginsky at billing@mexivetexpress.com
No phone number is needed.
Note that funds can't be returned if sent to the wrong person, so double-check the details. Once you’ve sent the test payment, call or text Billing and we’ll confirm when it is received.Remember that they might limit how much you can transfer/pay in one day. To avoid running into limitations please check with your bank or make a prepayment if you think you will exceed your limit. Otherwise, we will have to return to the credit card method.
* FYI: any amount charged to a credit or debit card through the portal will be subject to an additional 3% on clinic fees!Once you have received confirmation that we have received your test, go ahead and send through your full payment amount.

Cash payments are collected by your driver when your pet is picked up. We accept US dollars only, and cannot provide change. The amount you leave will serve as your budget for the appointment. Our current limit for cash is $350.
If you wish to pay for services beyond your cash budget, you are welcome to pay the remainder with Zelle or a credit/debit card, however we will not be able to accept more cash after the initial pickup.Any services exceeding this cash amount can not be authorized.
We also require a card on file as a backup payment method.
A deposit is still necessary to secure your appointment.
